Union Bank of California has joined forces with 401(k) Pro. to develop an online 401(k) plan administration service. It will be called UBOC EZ 401(k), and it is based on a similar service designed for desktops. The platform is intended for smaller 401(k) plans, especially those with under 100 participants.
