1)Retail Distribution Partners receive a commission per qualifying 401(k) Easy purchase -- plus the customer gets a rebate!

Any 401(k) Easy customer who lists your company as "How did you hear about us?" source when ordering 401(k) Easy can earn your company money!

-- Your company earns up to 50% of the first year's fee for each qualifying purchase of 401(k) Easy that named your company as the "How did you learn about us?" source when ordering.

-- The customer qualifies for a rebate on the purchase at the same time!

-- Your company can handle the order or you can have us do it. Either way, qualified purchases earn your company the full commission and the customer the full rebate.

-- Your company must be registered with us as a Retail Distribution Partner when we receive the order for your company to be eligible for Retail Distribution Partner income. Register today!

Please note: If you are an NASD Registered Representative or other government-regulated person or entity enjoined from collecting unregulated commissions, you cannot participate in this program -- but take a look at our Product Tie-in Program!

  

 


2) The Program, for retailers and distributors of products and services for small businesses, is flexible.

401(k) Easy is a combination product (the prototype 401k plan and master 401k plan administration software) and service (customization of the plan and software to the customer's needs and specifications). The variety of customization choices mean 401(k) Easy cannot, in its current configuration, be prepackaged and sold "off the shelf." (An out-of-the-box version is under development; its release date has not yet been announced.)

-- Some customers know exactly what they want in their 401k plan and can complete our plan order form in its entirety without any assistance.

-- Some customers, especially those starting up their first 401k plan, need assistance in choosing between various customization choices (such as investment choice or whether or not to allow for 401k loans).

-- Some customers want to convert existing 401k plans into 401(k) Easy run-it-yourself 401k plans; their current plan specifications may or may not be directly transferable into 401(k) Easy.


In other words, writing up orders for 401(k) Easy can require anything from very little knowledge of 401k plans and 401(k) Easy to a fair level of expertise on the subjects.
We let each of our Retail Distribution Partners decide how much 401(k) Easy order-taking responsibility they'd like to assume:

-- Refer potential customers to our website and have us take it from there.
Retail Distribution Partners can choose to simply refer potential clients to our website (or give them our phone number) and let us take it from there. This means the bulk of the work is on us -- yet the Retail Distribution Partner still receives the full commission.

-- Have your staff take 401(k) Easy orders, but refer any questions or help requests to us.
Retail Distribution Partners can choose to have their staff write up orders as completely as they can, then refer any questions the customer has about plan customization items to us. You can use our
plan order form (or a similar version of your own); it allows customers to submit the information they're sure of while requesting help with plan customization options about which they're undecided.

-- Have 401(k) Easy certified personnel handle the orders in-house.
Our certified Consultants help customers with their 401(k) Easy orders. Retail Distribution Partners can choose to hire such personnel (or have some of their own staff go through the certification process) to keep the entire ordering process in-house. We reserve the right, however, to review all orders before fulfilling the actual plan and software customizations.

-- Use 401(k) Easy order forms and marketing materials -- free of charge.
To facilitate our Retail Distribution Partners in their marketing and selling of 401(k) Easy, we gladly supply them with 401(k) Easy logo and
ad materials as well as electronic submission 401(k) Easy plan order forms for inclusion in their websites; hard-copy order forms are also available. All our 401(k) Easy order forms are designed to save processing staff time, gather all information needed to customize the client's plan and plan administration software, and give the customer the ability to request help with specific areas of customization.

-- No matter what approach or combination of approaches a Retail Distribution Partner chooses for order-taking fulfillment, Retail Distribution Partners earn the full commission and the customer a rebate on all qualified orders.

  

 


3) It's easy for purchases to be "qualified".

Three conditions need to all be met for an order to earn your company the Retail Distribution Partner commission and your customer a 401(k) Easy rebate:

-- Your company must be named as the referral source at the time the order is placed.
The customer must name your company as the "How did you hear about us?" source when ordering 401(k) Easy through us, or we have to receive the order for 401(k) Easy (via fax, mail or electronic submission) through your company. Please see above for
order processing options within the Retail Distribution Partner Program.

-- The order has been paid in full.
Pension Systems Corporation must receive full, valid payment for an order before any referral commission or customer rebate will be paid on the order.

-- 60 days have passed since the order was processed, and the product has not been returned for any reason.
Any order or plan canceled or refunded within the initial 60 days will not generate any referral commission nor customer rebate.

4) Retail Distribution Partner eligibility requirements
To qualify for the Retail Distribution Partner Program, your company must meet the following requirements.

-- For retailers and distributors only
The 401(k) Easy Retail Distribution Partner Program is for retailers and distributors of products and services of interest to small businesses and small business owners and managers. If your company is not a major retailer or distributor, you should look into our
standard Referral Partner Program, which pays a commission per qualified referral; the commission can alternatively be given to the customer as a customer rebate. The standard Referral Partner Program is for individuals and small businesses.

-- For marketing and selling 401(k) Easy under the brand name "401(k) Easy" only
If your company is interested in marketing and selling 401(k) Easy under your own brand name, please contact us about a VAR/OEM Partner arrangement.

-- 20-order-a-year minimum requirement
To qualify as a Retail Distribution Partner and earn the commission per qualified referral plus qualify the customer for a rebate, you must be the referral source for at least 20 companies a year that adopt 401(k) Easy. These customers can be starting their first 401k plan or having us convert an existing 401k plan into a 401(k) Easy run-it-yourself 401k plan.

Until you reach the 20-referral-per-year minimum, your company will be considered a standard Referral Partner; certain exceptions may be made. Standard Referral Partners earn a commission per qualified referral, which can alternatively be given to the customer as a 401(k) Easy rebate.

-- Carryover membership in the Program
Once you have qualified as a Retail Distribution Partner, you don't have to re-qualify with each new year: Retail Distribution Partners automatically remain in the program (earning the full per referral commission and qualifying customers for a rebate) so long as the company continues to meet the 20 order minimum by the end of each year. Certain exceptions may apply.

-- Due to conflicts with FINRA regulations, the Retail Distribution Partner Program is NOT open to FINRA-registered persons or entities -- but our Product Tie-in Program and standard Referral Partner Program are!

 

 


 5) Retail Distribution Partner "responsibilities"
The only real responsibility a Retail Distribution Partner has is to meet the 20-order-per-year requirement. Other than that, the program is very flexible. Just contact us and tell us what's ideal for your company.

-- Retail Distribution Partners don't need any 401k expertise.
You don't need any 401k expertise to be a 401(k) Easy Retail Distribution Partner. Just send people to our website or, with our permission, copy pertinent sections to a 401(k) Easy section of your website!

-- We'll help you as much or as little as you like with order-taking responsibilities.
Retail Distribution Partners define the level of control they want over order processing. If you want to use our 401k expertise, fine. If you want to have your own people handle everything that's OK, too (so long as the order falls within our quality control standards and the customer is happy!).

The more your company knows about 401(k) Easy, the more prepared it is to sell the product.

To become a 401(k) Easy Retail Distribution Partner and earn a commission for EACH qualified 401(k) Easy purchase (while earning your customer a rebate on that purchase)...

-- First, read the 401(k) Easy Retail Distribution Partner Program Agreement.
All Retail Distribution Partner applicants must agree to the terms of the Agreement for their Retail Distribution Partner Applications to be acceptable.

-- Second, submit your 401(k) Easy Retail Distribution Partner Program Application (below).
As soon as your completed application has been processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation (or other) that you have been added to our Retail Distribution Partner Program and are eligible for the rights and benefits thereof. Once you receive this written confirmation, your company is eligible to earn referral commissions (and your customers are eligible to receive a rebate on 401(k) Easy).

-- If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application...
If you later decide you want to change any aspect of your Application, please contact us IN WRITING (e-mail transmission OK). Any change to your Application will not become effective, however, until we notify you of its acceptance in writing.
